Went to Chi I's house to do PW. Had to go all the way to Paya Lebar early in the morning. Well, I can say that we finally did accomplish something during the holidays, we finished Part A of our written report, not sure if its of the correct format, but heck man. After enjoying the donuts provided by Chi I's dad with a swarm of flies, we went to the farm just below his house. Damn its long. The picture above was taken somewhere in the middle, so you can figure out how long it is. We interviewed a "farmer", we call him farm Chung/Chong/Choong or whatever, he did provide us with some ideas, and the problem of stolen gates. By the way, this is for our Part B strategy.
Nevertheless, this was not a wasted day, like the only one during this holidays.

Went for a class
BBQ Picnic Cycling "expedition" at East Coast park. An significant improvement in group size, instead of the usual people, there were Teng Chow and Yong Loke. Was comforted when I heard that CTG 113 who was also at ECP had 11 people only. After the extremely long journey through Paya Lebar again, we reached our starting point, the start of our never ending bicycle ride and crashes. Rented bikes for 3 hours, and we decided to cycle all the way to Changi Beach. Which is about 8-9km away. Not long after setting off, 1st crash by Winson and a stranger HEAD ON at fast speed. Winson's bike was damaged which cost him $25 later on. After that we stopped at Bedok Jetty to take in the view (wait for the girls to go toilet). Girls went off without us, so much for the waiting. Caught up with them eventually. And we continued our never ending journey. There's one particular stretch of road beside Changi Airport runway, this is what I call the "Never-ending perilous road through hell" to Changi beach. After speeding ahead, I was at the destination FIRST :)
Layed out the mat and snacks. Rest and took some pictures.

Just when you thought you were far away from school work, PW comes back to huant me, IMPORTS!!! (Part B)

Best shot I could get with my 20 megapixel phone camera.
After resting and rescueing (2nd crash I think, Chia Ying and Jeff. CY was injured and Jef wasn't), we accepted the fact that we were already late to return the bike and had to pay extra, we continued on our journey back to ECP. Some where around this time, Yong Loke and TC cuaght up with us.

While waiting again for them to rest and use the washroom, we saw this. Either this is to encourage us to carry on or to intimidate us. HY even put a realistic "1" using a leaf to make it look like 17580M to ECP. We cycled as a group back and halfway YL started to kiss other people's back wheel with his front wheel. He targeted me and I sped ahead. I stopped to wait for them. Stopped completely. 3rd crash. For a brief moment, (try imagining this in slow-mo) I saw rays of pristine sunlight shining through the canopy, the beautiful greenery all around me. All the sudden, YL with a smiling face was heading towards me at a very fast speed. I was already shouting OI OI! OIIIII! Next thing I knew I was on the floor on top of my bike. This crash/stunt seem dangerous enough, but surprisingly, there were no damages to both bike and human.
Well, I sumo-ed and after cycling with a aching butt from sitting too long on the bike, we FINALLY reached the rental shop. For dinner we went to Parkway Parade to eat, all tired and hungry.
Fun day. 2nd day not wasted in the holidays.
OH YAH, its Fathers Day btw, HAPPY FATHER's DAY TO ALL FATHERS! esp to mine :P
